Let's make a music video. - March 24, 2010
Do you have sweet dance moves? Do you want to be in an A.M. music video?
Excellent. We're making a video for "Shoulder Pads & Shiny Shoes", and you can be in it. All you have to do is learn the simple dance steps, video yourself doing it, and send it to us.
If the above video doesn't work, here's the link to the instructional video showing you the steps:
As you can tell from the instructional, no actual dance talent is required. In fact, it's almost better if you find dancing difficult.
Cheers to you. - January 16, 2010
It was a great crowd and a great time at Lee's Palace last night...so if you were one of the awesome people who came out to party with us, A.M. sends you a high-five in thanks. To receive your high-five, place your hand on the screen.........now. Well done.
Also, if you didn't get to see the band that went on before us, go find out when they play next. They're too young and too good to be ignored. www.myspace.com/thethundermonks

Cheers to the funky. - September 14, 2009
Thanks to all those who came out for a night of electro-funk madness at the Velvet Underground. There was birthday cake, shirtless bassists, and a random drunken guy who took it upon himself to provide us with some impromptu lead vocals. Nice.
I'm not dead. - September 1, 2009
A quick note to calm all my worried fans out there (all six of you):
Famous American Club DJ AM was found dead in his apartment in New York last Friday.
Not-so-famous Canadian Electronic Artist A.M. spent last Friday in his Toronto apartment watching the Cosby Show.
I didn't know my more famous namesake, but he seemed like an interesting guy; he was a survivor of both a plane crash and a relationship with Nicole Richie, and a former addict who was working on a reality show documenting his recovery. I'm sorry he didn't make it.
A.M. will be joining The Backbone Beat and Dr. dFunkt for a night of electro-funk madness at the Velvet Underground on Saturday, Sept. 12th. Check the calendar for details.
Cheers to all those who came out for an awesome party at the Rivoli last night. Your dancing makes our music look good. Apparently, we rocked so hard that we set off Tornadoes all over southern Ontario. Sweet. Thanks also to The Backbone Beat for a great opening set.
A.M. plays Hugh's Room on Saturday, June 20, 2009 @ 8.30 pm.
Featuring More Or Les & Fresh Kils.
$12 advance / $15 at the door. Advance tickets: 416 531 6604
A.M. performs songs from the new album, "Let's Spend the Day Together". Featuring several thousand guest musicians on just about every possible instrument. Chill songs. Hyper songs. Remixed covers of Phil Collins, AC/DC, The Arcade Fire, and more. Door prizes. It will make your booty want to dance, and your booty will thank you.
One year after having invited everyone to send soundclips of what they did on May 23rd, 2008, the resulting album, "Let's Spend the Day Together", will be available on iTunes, CD Baby, and selected record stores in Toronto on May 23rd, 2009.

Big thanks... - January 16, 2009
...to all those who came out to the Wavelength show on Sunday, and the Hugh's Room show last night. We narrowly escaped a blackout that sank most of the city's west end into a deep freeze, but somehow, our side of the street was spared...which is a good thing, because an electro-show with no electricity would have been boring.
